It feels like only yesterday since I wrote the 2024 review but as the saying goes,"Time flies when you're having fun!" Whilst 2025 has proved to be our most successful year we have had a lot of fun along the way. I have always believed when you stop enjoying what you do it's time to give it up. fortunately myself and my team are passion­ate about what we do and are looking forward to what the New Year brings.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of our clients both old & new, without them and their unwavering support we would not be in business, so I thank each and every one for putting their faith in us to deliver the services they require at the standard they expect.

As a company J&G Traffic was honoured to have been awarded the accolade of Traffic Management company of the year 2025 UK at the small business awards. This recognition of success was further bolstered by the awarding of several major contracts. This led to the additions of new staff and the opening of two new satellite yards in Oxford and Kent, ensuring we can continue to supply our customers wherever they are based.

Whilst on the subject of staff I am delighted to announce two promotions from within the ranks. George has shown real promise taking on his own clients and has been promoted to Associate Director, and Josephine has been moved to the role of office manager which she copes with effortlessly, and whilst they are my son and daughter I could not be more proud of them and their true pas­sion for traffic management and all it entails.

As this year comes to a close and a new one begins, we have partnered with West Sussex Police to enable their 'Prevent' program. Prevent is an initiative by police to crack down on the use of knives and drugs among young people, providing them with information on abuse and how this can be dealt with. This program will see police providing students with a first-hand look at the harsh realities of what knife and drug crimes do to our communities. While we make the roads sate for our customers to work, we want to give back and show our support in making the streets safer for everyone.
